Juno is a smart comedy about a pregnant teen and the choices she is faced with. While we have all heard the story before, Juno provides a unique version of a common theme. The cast is well put together and very engaging to watch. As the events unfold you will laugh and cry from laughter.
Lars and the Real Girl is a very original story that takes you on an unknown
journey. As Lars becomes involved with his real girl (Bianca) there is some uncertainty as to where this adventure will take you. But in the end you are happy that you stayed along for the ride. My favorite thing about this movie is Ryan Gosling, (The Notebook) he truly transforms himself into Lars, a painfully awkward man with a desire to fall in love. This unconventional love story will steal your heart.
